In order to be admitted onto our Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s programmes, you will need to have qualifications and experience that are at the same level as for a Greek student applying for the same course. You will find the entry requirements on the webpage for your course. If you’re not sure about your qualifications, contact us<\/a> and we will be happy to help you.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

English Language<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will study your course in English. Therefore you need to have English language competency before you start your course. If your English language competency is marginal below your programme\u2019s entry requirement, you may attend our four or eight-week intensive summer course. This service is free of charge and is only offered in July and September. Alternatively, you may opt to attend the yearlong International Foundation Programme, which concentrates on building English language and academic skills, before you start with your core studies.<\/p>\n

IELTS: 4.5 \/ or equivalent<\/p>\n

Undergraduate courses<\/strong><\/p>\n

IELTS: 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in all areas)\/ Pearson Test of Academic English: 51\/ Cambridge English Scale: B2 \/ or equivalent<\/p>\n

Postgraduate courses<\/strong><\/p>\n

IELTS: 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in all areas)\/ Pearson Test of Academic English: 51\/ Cambridge English Scale: B2\/ or equivalent<\/p>\n

Note that some postgraduate courses may have higher English language entry requirements, so check the specific course details for more information.<\/em><\/p>\n

If you’ve studied in a country where English is the first language (such as the UK, the USA, Canada or Australia) or have graduated from an English High-School or University, you will not need a formal English language qualification: we will look at everyone’s application individually.<\/p>\n

The English Department<\/strong><\/a> of the College has extensive experience in preparing students to succeed with their core studies. Apart from the International Foundation Programme and the pre-sessional courses that it coordinates, students can benefit from drop-in hours and extra classes that are organised throughout the year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
