Eileen Pappas

Fashion educator and designer with extensive experience across academia and industry, mentoring students at Parsons School of Design through the Fashion Scholarship Fund. Having supported over 30 applicants, her mentees have secured significant scholarship funding. She has taught fashion design courses at Parsons and served as an adjunct instructor at New York University. As founder and creative director of Eileen Pappas Jewelry, she creates sustainable, sculptural pieces inspired by Greek heritage. Her industry background includes sweater design roles at White + Warren and Global Brands Group, specializing in knitwear development.
