Hospitality and especially Culinary Arts students have the opportunity to participate in different competitions organised either by Mediterranean College or other institutions (e.g. Detrop, Expotrof). Participation can be either individual or in teams. Irrespective of the result, participation in competitions provides students with an invaluable experience and creates opportunities for networking.
Tourism & Hospitality School students also have the opportunity to present their projects in the Annual Student Excellence Conference, organised by Mediterranean College. Postgraduate students are encouraged to publish their research outputs in national or international academic conferences.
