Panos Spyridon

PhD candidate at the University of Thessaly in the field of Human Resource Management, holder of an MSc in Business Administration from the Staffordshire University and graduate of the Department of Economics at the University of Ioannina. He has publications in international journals. At the same time, he has worked in the private sector in business consulting, banking and as a consultant for the development and implementation of vocational training programmes. His research interests focus on the areas of modern Human Resource Management practices using Information Systems, Workforce Analytics, Leadership Strategy and Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Ambidexterity and Organisational Diffusion of Knowledge and Organisational Culture.
