Employability Fair 2025 opens its doors on Wednesday, 3 December 2025, from 11:00 to 17:00, in Athens and Thessaloniki, giving students, young professionals and graduates the opportunity to take the next step in their career.

At the premises of Mediterranean College in Athens and Thessaloniki, you will meet more than 90 leading Greek and multinational companies, ready to meet the talents of tomorrow.

Employability Fair 2025 takes place for the 12th consecutive year and is part of the MC-Employability Scheme®, the first Integrated Professional Development & Career Placement Programme in private education in Greece.
Its aim is to enhance the employability of the College’s students. Through targeted services, major events and the support of 500+ partner companies, we achieve a graduate employment rate of over 90%.
The Employability Fair has been established as one of the leading Job Events in Greece, as in recent years it has attracted more than 300 companies and 15,000+ visitors.
