With outstanding success and a record number of participants, the 12th Employability Fair of Mediterranean College was completed, taking place on Wednesday, 3 December 2025, in Athens and Thessaloniki. This year’s event recorded a historic turnout, with more than 1,000 people participating in total – students, College alumni, as well as members of the public – once again confirming the strong impact of the institution.
Participants attended presentations, selected companies for interviews, and were informed about market trends through a series of activities and discussions.
PARALLEL ACTIVITIES
The experiential activities of the CV Centre powered by kariera.gr, the Photo Booth, and the “Style your Future” activity received particularly strong engagement. At the CV Centre, specialised experts guided participants in creating a modern and competitive CV, while at the Photo Booth visitors had the opportunity to capture moments of confidence, professionalism, and optimism through high-aesthetic photographs, at the same time enhancing their personal image and personal brand.
At the same time, the “Style your Future” activity highlighted in a meaningful way how appearance and confidence work together to create a dynamic and convincing professional presence. The event was implemented both in Athens and Thessaloniki, with the participation of ZARA in Athens and stylist Martha Lavasof, in collaboration with the brands Veto, Mezzo Uomo, and DOCA in Thessaloniki.
PARTICIPATING COMPANIES
Περισσότερες από 100 κορυφαίες εταιρείες συμμετείχαν στην έκθεση, με τους εκπροσώπους τους να εξάρουν τόσο τη διοργάνωση όσο και το επίπεδο των υποψηφίων.
WORKSHOPS HIGHLIGHTS!
Fashion Design vs Fashion Marketing
The parallel activities opened with a creative discussion with Fashion Experts. More specifically, students of the BA (Hons) Fashion Design & Marketing engaged in dialogue with distinguished fashion designers Orsalia Parthenis and Vasilis Zoulias, analysing contemporary aesthetics, creativity, and the demands of the sector. It is worth noting that Ms Parthenis and Mr Zoulias are respectively President and Member of the Hellenic Fashion Designers Association (HFDA), with which Mediterranean College maintains a collaboration, aiming to enhance education and connect young professionals in the field with the labour market.
Work-Life-You: The Key to Sustainable Success
A discussion that highlighted the importance of work–life balance as a key pillar of long-term success. The speakers presented practical strategies for self-care, stress management, and the adoption of healthy habits that enhance productivity and wellbeing.
Personal Branding
A focused workshop that helped participants understand how they can showcase their strengths and shape a distinctive professional image. Practical advice was given on identity projection, communication, and digital presence.
Leadership for Gender Equality
The British Council presented a contemporary leadership workshop focusing on inclusive leadership, equal opportunities, and collaboration in the workplace. Participants became familiar with best practices and tools that strengthen a culture of equality in professional environments.
The Employability Fair 2025 once again confirmed that it is not merely a career fair, but a comprehensive hub for skills development, knowledge, and meaningful networking.
