Discover how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) transforms contemporary approaches to addiction treatment through a dynamic, experiential workshop organised by the School of Psychology of Mediterranean College, held at the College’s facilities in Athens. In a world where addictions constitute one of the greatest challenges to mental health, CBT stands out as one of the most scientifically evidence-based and effective approaches, offering tangible tools for long-term behavioural change, relapse prevention, and the enhancement of psychological resilience.
The workshop integrates theoretical knowledge and practical application, offering participants a comprehensive learning experience that substantially strengthens their clinical and professional competencies.
WORKSHOP STRUCTURE
➤ 15:00 – 16:00 | Theoretical Session
For undergraduate (BSc), postgraduate (MSc), and postgraduate-level professional specialisation programmes (HPD/MPS) in Psychology, as well as external participants.
➤ 16:00 – 19:00 | Practical / Experiential Workshop
For 2nd and 3rd year undergraduate (BSc) and postgraduate (MSc) Psychology students
(NOTE: Maximum number of participants: 50. Priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.)
