Elena Gavala holds an Informatics Bachelor diploma at Athens University of Economics and Business with Double major in Decision Systems & Management Science. She also holds a M.Sc. in Decision Science from the Athens University of Economics and Business. During her career mainly in hospitality, she handles Starwood International Staff Training for the hotels she manage under her position as Chief Information officer (CIO) and some years later she takes over the position of Staff Training Director in Greece for the opening of hotel Grand Hyatt Athens, under the guidance of Hyatt International. Furthermore, the positions she holds all these years focus on Budgeting, Financial Controlling, Reporting, Monitoring Hotel Operations, Business Plan Orientation, and Revenue Management.
