Marilia Tsachali is a self-employed psychologist, certified in systems counselling and psychotherapy. She holds a BSc in Psychology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences and a MSc in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business. She is a PhD candidate in the field of Organizational Psychology in Athens University of Economics and Business. Her academic interests focus on employee training, development, and well-being. She has several years of hands on experience in the HR sector. In 2016 she made a career transition to the sector of counselling and psychotherapy. She is a certified member of the Association for Greek Psychologists (SEPS) and specialized in Systemic Psychotherapy. In her private practice, she works with adult individuals, couples, and groups.
