Katsapi Rea

Katsapi Rea is a PhD candidate in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the Faculty of Education and her research focuses on the relationship between child – space and the creation of educational places in the collaborative classroom of kindergarten. She is a graduate of the School of Early Childhood Education of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and she holds a masters degree on Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Nicosia. She won a scholarship to Institution of International Communication IIK Düsseldorf, where she attended many seminars on teaching the German language. She speaks fluent English, German and Russian. She has worked as a university teaching assistant in undergraduate courses in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the Faculty of Education and also as a kindergarten teacher in private schools of Thessaloniki. Her research interests include space and pedagogy, educational material and its implementation, teaching foreign languages in preschool education.
