Rania Papadima is an Adjunct Lecturer at Mediterranean College, where she teaches Second Language Acquisition, English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). She has also taught at Royal Holloway, University of London and the University of Dundee. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy of the UK and has extensive experience teaching in Higher Education, in addition to teaching English in Primary and Secondary Education. She holds a degree in English Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a M.Ed. in Teaching English as a Foreign / International Language from the Hellenic Open University. She has received further training in Teaching Methodology and Educational Psychology and is currently working towards a PhD at Dublin City University. Her research interests include English Medium Instruction in Higher Education and Irish Literature and Culture.
