Stratoura Maria

Maria Stratoura is a Civil Engineer, a graduate of the School of Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and holder of two master’s degrees in “Analysis and Design of Earthquake Resistant Structures” and in “Materials Science and Technology”, both from NTUA. Her professional experience includes structural design, and construction site supervision and management. She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Patras School of Engineering in collaboration with NTUA. Her research interests lie on the experimental investigation of lightweight reinforced concrete structures and aims to improve their structural behaviour and durability. Her research work has been published in academic journals and presented at national and international conferences. Maria Stratoura is a member of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) and the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).
